About Adrian:

I’m first generation in the US; my parents are from central Mexico. Like most people from Mexico today, I was raised Catholic. Being raised Catholic, I had fear, guilt, & shamed instilled in me.

As I grew older this suppression turned into low sense of confidence, crippling social anxiety and disconnection from myself. By my mid 20s, I was suffering from depression, panic attacks and I would cope with alcohol.

That was until I ate the mushrooms.

I learned more about myself in one sitting than I ever did through a lifetime of religion. The mushrooms helped me see myself in a different light; with compassion and acceptance. I was able to get to the root causes of my suffering, break general cycles and step into my power.

Working with the mushrooms allowed to me reconnect to my ancestors. This work is in my DNA. Before we were colonized, forced to worship another religion and stop our ceremonial practices.

I found a love within myself I did not know was possible. After a lifetime of looking for love outside of myself I finally started to cultivate it from within. I will always be grateful for this medicine, which is why I’ve committed my life to being in service.

Plant medicine gave me the opportunity for me look within, I was no longer able to run away. Plant medicines facilitated a sense of interconnectedness I’ve never felt before. After my first sit, I knew I wanted to dive deeper. Through my sits with the medicine, I learned to embrace and dance with my own shadows.

Over time, I honed the art of working alongside these powerful allies, treating them with intention, respect, and reverence. My evolution in who  I am today is, without a doubt, a result of my union with these plant allies.

My mission is to be in service of others seeking to learn from our plant allies.

Together we dance.

Life is a ceremony.

What I have learned ↓

- Your circumstances do not define you.

- Your failures do not define you.

- Your doubters do not define you.

- YOU define you..
