We are excited to come together to hold a safe and sacred space for you to explore the healing potential of Sacred Earth Medicine and Nature Immersion in a peaceful retreat environment in Lake Arrowhead, CA.
We’re Adrian & Amy, two plant medicine facilitators who share a passion for sharing this medicine with others while holding an intention to create containers that are inclusive, nurturing, and safe. We are so thrilled to invite you to our first co-facilitated two-night retreat on May 17-19!
The intention of our gathering is to weave together ancient medicine wisdom, trauma-informed support, energy-clearing, and structured preparation and integration so that guests may walk into this experience feeling supremely held and empowered while having the tools to carry the insights and illuminations into their lives in intentional ways.
We invite you to let go of distractions and the noise of day-to-day life to connect with conscious community and your true self in a nourishing forest environment. This retreat is an opportunity to expand your heart and mind while receiving the medicine of heart-centered connection.

Adrian: is a plant medicine facilitator and integration coach. He has been working with sacred plant medicine for over 7 years. Plant medicine was the catalyst for his healing journey and now holds space for others to do the same. Through education, guidance and support Adrian promotes the safe use of plant medicine with intention. He facilitates ceremonies, leads retreats and supports individuals with microdosing & integration. His approach is mindfulness-based with curiosity and compassion. He also works with other modalities such as breathwork, meditation and sound healing.
Adrian believes that working with sacred medicine allows individuals to connect with the medicine we have within ourselves.
Amy Lee is a Microdosing Guide, Healing Coach, and Pine + Quartz Mountain Healing Retreat Founder Amy Lee helps her clients unlock physical, mental, spiritual, and energetic wellness with conscious microdosing protocols, low-dose journeys, self-discovery curriculum, nature immersion, integration, energy coaching, and energy work to clear energy blocks and unconscious patterns holding people back.
Amy Lee experienced a radical physical and mental health transformation by restoring her energy wellness, microdosing with intention, conscious medicine journeys, re-negotiating her relationship with food and substances, and prioritizing nature immersion. She now coaches clients to self-heal and embody their true selves through intuitive guidance and a wide range of healing modalities. Her 1:1 sessions are a powerful intuitive combination of low-dose psychedelics, energy coaching, vocalization, visualization, breathwork, sound healing, and movement to clear energy no longer serving people and to support transformation. She also facilitates customizable solo and small group energetic reset retreats at Pine + Quartz Mountain Healing Retreat.

Nestled in the majestic mountains of the San Bernardino National Forest, widely known as “The Alps of Southern California,” is the best kept secret on the West Coast – Lake Arrowhead. A stunningly beautiful, cozy and quaint mountain resort paradise, Lake Arrowhead features countless outdoor recreational activities such as hiking, backpacking, bicycling, water and snow skiing, fishing, and much more. With the stunning scenery and wildlife, comes a natural peacefulness that has lured people to these mountains for centuries.
I recently attended a retreat put on by Adrian and his team and I was absolutely blown away. This definitely won’t be my last one with them, actually I signed up for their next one as soon as they announced it- that’s how amazing the first one was! The whole weekend was so relaxed and laid back and full of connections, both with myself and others. The number of people that attended was absolutely perfect! I felt that I was able to get however much personal attention I needed because there wasn’t an overwhelming amount of people!. I was a bit worried that I would be disappointed since my last ceremony was in Costa Rica- but that was far from the truth. I was beyond happy, over the moon excited and so happy with the outcome! The amount of preparation and integration they do with you is unmatched and just shows how dedicated they are to your personal journey and helping you work through whatever you’re going through. Not only did they facilitate such a transcendence experience but the support they provided was unlike any I’ve experienced! This group is extremely powerful and amazing at what they do and I am forever grateful to have this connection and be able to work with Adrian and his team.
